I work at the intersection of product strategy, design, growth, and research. I stay closely involved in all of them, often leading cross-functional work that ties it all together.
My decisions are rooted in both qualitative and quantitative research. I’ve led pricing overhauls, improved retention across core modules, and revamped product flows for better adoption and usability.
I started building early, while I was still studying. My first ventures included a tech blog, contributions to small startups, and eventually Lapterra, a GSM Arena-style laptop discovery platform. I stepped away from it due to personal responsibilities, but the experience continues to shape how I work today.
I enjoy solving real product problems that challenge how we think and how we build. That’s what drives me.

PRODUCT MANAGEMENT · PRODUCT DESIGN
A newer, better way to publish content
PosterMyWall is an all-in-one platform that helps individuals and businesses create, customize, and promote content across multiple channels. I collaborated with the Product Design Lead to revamp our Social Media Publishing feature, transforming it from a basic modal into a multi-step wizard.
We collaborated on the core experience and flow, and went over multiple iterations of design and usability testing. The redesigned feature empowers users to publish to multiple platforms in a single go, automatically resize designs, and make additional adjustments as needed. This overhaul led to a 262% increase in adoption within 6 months, supporting small businesses in efficient, streamlined marketing.

Post-launch Mobile Editor refinements
During my time as a Product Designer, I led the redesign of PosterMyWall’s Mobile UX, which resulted in a 14% increase in user retention. This foundational work focused on improving the overall user experience and enhancing key interactions. Here's a good ol' detailed case study if you're interested.
After transitioning into a Product Manager role, I continued to refine the product by conducting qualitative research, including analyzing Hotjar session recordings, support tickets, and user behavior to identify pain points. By addressing these insights and making further adjustments, we achieved an additional ~5% increase in user retention over the next 3-4 months, strengthening the product’s overall performance.

UX AUDIT · PRODUCT QUALITY FEEDBACK
Email editor feeedback and QA collaboration
While not directly part of the Email Editor feature team, I led a proactive, solo Quality audit that uncovered 90 issues, covering everything from visual inconsistencies and hidden logic bugs to structural friction in core flows.
For context, the rest of the internal feedback team flagged just 26 tasks combined. My work was so extensive that the planned v1.1 feature release was deferred, and my audit became the new v1.1 scope, shifting original improvements to v1.2.
We didn’t isolate specific impact metrics for the team's audit, but the broader email vertical saw strong YoY growth during the same period, including a 65% increase in campaigns sent by Premium Plus users.
After this project, my manager jokingly referred to me as a one-person “SWAT team” for how thoroughly I tested the product.

DOGFOODING · INTERNAL TESTING · BACKLOG PRIORITIZATION
Dogfooding Day 2025
Inspired by Duolingo’s internal testing rituals, I launched PosterMyWall’s first-ever Dogfooding Day, a hands-on initiative where 50+ cliques used our own platform as real users to uncover friction points, bugs, and edge cases.
I structured the activity with detailed testing guidelines, hosted a collaborative Miro board where participants uploaded their creative work (designs, email campaigns, etc.), and encouraged others to drop comments, compliments, and feedback. The goal was to make it feel like a collective creative jam, not just a test run.
Remote cliques joined via live video call. In total, the day surfaced 350+ actionable product improvements, which I categorized by vertical and assigned in Asana. These insights directly filled our Q3 backlog. To keep things fun, I ran a hidden leaderboard based on the quality of feedback (not volume), bought small gifts for the top contributors from my own pocket, and yes, we ordered pizza in the office. 🍕
It’s now a yearly tradition and a simple but high-impact way to keep the team thinking like our users.

Elevating PMW's Google Play Rating in Key Regions
I initiated and led a comprehensive project to boost PosterMyWall’s Play Store performance, focusing on both ASO and overall app listing enhancements. Recognizing the impact of app ratings on visibility and credibility, I prioritized improvements to elevate user perception and discovery.
As part of this initiative, I launched a targeted review campaign that raised our default Google Play Store rating from 4.1 to 4.7 in just 3 months, achieving significant gains across key regions: US (3.8 to 4.4), India (3.8 to 4.1), and the UK (4.1 to 4.4).

Enhancing Premium User Retention

I led a focused project to improve retention among premium users by analyzing over +3,400 survey responses from unsubscribing users, uncovering key pain points and areas for targeted intervention.
We’re tackling different issues that affect premium user retention, and putting in place solutions based on the data we’ve gathered. We’re aiming for up to a 20% improvement in retention, with ongoing updates as we continue to address these challenges.
